Cathy Six - Vice President, Operations
Cathy specializes in strategy, configuration, governance, compliance, and change management. She helps clients transition to the Microsoft Modern Workplace by shaping and executing on their deployment strategies.
Cathy smoothly transitions from implementation to operational support, integrating communication, change management, and training throughout.
Sasha Weiman
Sasha has over 15 years experience in IT adoption and change management. Her passion is in helping users successfully adopt Microsoft technology in their day-to-day workflows.
She has a proven track record of enabling organizations to better utilize Microsoft 365 technology through governance, training, improving technical competence, and proactive management of Microsoft’s changing technology.
Sasha drives effective change and embraces people with a wide variety of professional backgrounds.
Jay O'Hara
As a Microsoft 365 Adoption Specialist, Jay provides people-centric leadership to organizations transitioning to a modern workplace. Jay supports digital transformation by bridging the gap between complex technologies and people-centered change. His approach is consultative, collaborative, and relationship-focused, aiming to understand an organization’s unique needs to devise effective plans.
Jay's background in change management, business analysis, information architecture, cloud governance, corporate training, and quality assurance equips them with extensive knowledge to guide Microsoft-related projects. Jay believes in making technology work seamlessly for everyone, and by understanding the challenges at each level of an organization, he can offer uncomplicated solutions.
Annie Ruggieri
Annie is a Prosci certified change manager and training consultant with over 10 years of experience in large scale digital transformation.
She has experience leading ERP system implementations, merger and acquisition technology migrations, and cybersecurity programs including MFA, Intune, computer end point and network segmentation.
She is currently supporting a mining company focused on the modern workplace adoption and governance of Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity tools.
Annie has a knack for simplifying complexities and guiding users through seamless adoption using engaging web based instructions, videos, and gifs.
Christine Diaz
Christine, a Microsoft 365 Adoption Specialist, is at the forefront of transforming workplaces into modern, technology-driven environments. Leveraging her comprehensive training and skill set, she expertly navigates the intersection of technology and people-centered change. Her extensive background in Microsoft-related projects equips her with the knowledge and expertise to guide organizations through their digital transitions.

Tim Jordan
Tim has worked for more than 20 years in the IT industry. Originally from Europe, Tim worked on the trading floors for banks and hedge funds, working with everyone from back office staff to CEO's.
In more recent years Tim has worked in senior roles as a server administrator and architect. His expertise lies in Windows Desktop and Server, Exchange Server, Virtualization, Powershell, M365 and Azure.
